My first job was working for my family’s home health agency (Mainland HH) in League City, Texas. My mother started the business our garage in 1978 and by September of 1990 we had 6 locations across Harris & Galveston counties. I started in the file room and worked my way up from utilization review to patient scheduling and, finally, operations before my family successfully sold our sizable business. Prior to starting my M&A advisor career, I strategically lead sales planning initiatives for organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Astra Zeneca. I’ve built marketing plans and launched blockbuster medications that made significant differences in many patients’ lives. In my 25 plus years of experience in pharmaceutical leadership, I’ve won numerous national awards.
