I have had a lengthy career in the medical device services, compliance, and distribution space. What started as an idea, turned into a small business, which given years of hard-work and diligence turned into an industry leader. I grew up following my fathers footsteps in the medical equipment field turning wrenches repairing devices for home health providers. I had the privilege of having a mentor that showed me every aspect of business throughout my youth and into my adult life. I grew up in and with the business. I came on board full time fresh out of school, this was in the early days when we had just a handful of guys. Over my tenure we handled unprecedented growth as we eventually became the largest medical device service organization in North America. I served in various positions leading up to CEO. 

 

My first experience with M+A came as I steered the company we built through its own transaction. This transaction in turn led to the start of my professional M+A career as I executed on a national acquisition strategy.
