I have helped transact numerous lower-middle market businesses over the course of my M&A career and found a true passion for it after positioning my mother's agricultural business for an exit in 2012. Coming from an entrepreneurial driven family, I have learned the dedication and hard work it takes to grow, scale and position a business for success. During college, I worked outside sales and marketing for my grandfather's company in DFW that he and his partners started in 1978 and eventually grew to be one of the largest conveyor manufacturers in the nation. After graduating from UTA, I went to work for several large organizations in various industry verticals including healthcare, finance and technology primarily focused on operations and marketing. Before getting back into mergers and acquisitions, and co-founding Founder M&A, I helped launch a startup in the logistics industry and operated a non-profit business incubator for entrepreneurs and small business owners in Fort Worth, Texas.
